More About Me

'Sup. As you may (or may not) know, I'm Sarah. I'm twenty, a biology major (also, chemistry major), and overly fond of lots of absurd things. Those things include (but are so not limited to): giving ridiculous names to things, Cold War Kids, sharks, Cabin Pressure, Doctor Who, Sherlock (is there a trend there? I hope not), and travel.
I live in California, and have lived here my whole life. The stretch of California that I call home is a mildly depressing desert that is sometimes pretty and usually drab. I'm pretty sure I'm meant to live somwehere coastal, though, so there's some consolation there. I think.
I tend to ramble and make odd points that I'm fairly certain make sense only to myself. Don't mind me when I do that. I never do.
I'm a firm believer in wearing whatever you want, whenever you want, however you want. Seriously. I can't even say within reason, because I'm pretty sure that's implied (I mean, come on, if you wear a bikini to the mall in December, that's just plain freaky), but whatever.
I believe in everyone, whether they're a size twenty-two ('sup) or a size two or any size that just so happens to be a different number, should feel good and confident and strong in whatever they wear. Go out into the world in ridiculous pattern parties, or all-black ensembles that look like witch costumes, or whatever. Live yo' life.
I started this blog because, well, I had the physical ability to do so. Simple as that. I've been blogging stuff for years, but I thought it would be fun to focus on my clothes, and I've been very right so far. While this blog is about my clothing choices for the most part, it's also a platform for me to tell people about my adventures and daily life, no matter how boring.
All of my photos have been taken with a Sony Cyber-Shot that my mom got me for Christmas because it's blue. I ought to invest in a grown-up camera, but whatever. I usually take my own photos, but sometimes I manage to rope friends into it. Even if I'm lousyat crediting them. (Sorry.)
If you're interested in learning more about me, saying hi (how nice of you!), asking me questions about sharks (man, I love sharks), or talking about Official Blogger Stuff (I don't know), please feel free to contact me at the.ridiculous.sort@gmail.com and I'll enjoy all of it. Promise.
Anyway, I think I've wasted enough of your time. Head off into the wild virtual yonder, my friend, and enjoy.
